Order workflow

• Open the relevant tab to review orders needing action.
• Check payment, customer contact details, products, variants, quantities, fulfilment method, and notes.
• Move orders through preparation, ready, fulfilled, cancelled, or refunded states according to provider policy.
• Use receipts for customer proof of payment and support references.

Dashboard counters stay quieter, while order tabs surface counts where action is expected.
