Where to find documents
- Bookings show appointment receipts and booking payment status.
- Orders show product order receipts and order status.
- Email receipts use the same structured layout as downloadable PDFs for clearer printing and forwarding.
Payment status
A booking or order can show paid, pending, failed, refunded, or partially refunded depending on provider policy and payment processor confirmation. If a payment succeeds but the page does not refresh immediately, wait a moment and reopen the booking or order.
Support
If a receipt looks wrong, open a support ticket with the booking or order reference and the payment time. Do not create a duplicate booking just to retry support.
