- Pay any outstanding deposit, balance, or additional charge from the booking detail page.
- Reschedule only when the provider policy and booking status allow it.
- Cancel from the booking when cancellation is still available, then review any refund or fee result.
- Message or support from the related booking so the provider or support team has context.
Status checks
Open the booking again after payment, cancellation, or reschedule requests if you need the latest server-confirmed state. Avoid creating a duplicate booking while waiting for a payment redirect to finish.
